Full Time Associate
The University Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing the strategic direction of the program and managing the recruitment pipeline initiatives and activities for campus hires from select colleges and universities with the goal to increase the quality of long term hiring pipeline.
Basic qualifications include:
Develop the campus recruitment plan including a target univeristy list that is strategic and related to client’s industry and long term recruitment needs.
Create univeristy event attendance calendar.
Establish and develop campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote the client recruiting brand and image.
Coordinate recruiter attendance to campus site
visits, job fairs, speaking events and any other student events.
Compile university job board list and job board distribution processes for each target campus.
Benchmark metrics for program success and provide analysis of metrics to make recommendations.
Create connections with graduating students and recruitment staff for direct hire positions.
Schedule and lead debrief calls with the hiring teams for candidate feedback from university events and participate in weekly update meetings.
Coordinate and maintain internal and external marketing materials for University Relations program.
Bachelor’s Degree required or 5+ years of corporate recruiting or RPO experience
1+ years of program creation and improvement experience required
3+ years of university relations management experience required
Ability to travel 30-40% of time, possibly more during peak recruitment seasons of Spring & Fall.

Strong university program business acumen, hardworking, high integrity and a strong desire to succeed
Excellent written/verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to provide “outside of the box” thinking in providing strategic solutions on how to operate more efficiently and effectively
Ability to remain flexible, proactive, highly organized and handle heavy work flow processing.
Possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, includes excellent presentation skills.
Able to multitask, shift priorities, and bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision
Maintain sense of urgency and have the ability to interact at all levels of the organization as well as connect with students.
Understanding of RPO business model.
Results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative, hands on, and have a customer centric attitude.
