Lead Project Manager for technology innovation trials, proof of concept and initiative discovery activities, supporting a nationwide staff of Sales Functions.
The individual will facilitate all business efforts and collaborate with Technology and other business functions to develop a tasks & deliverable plan, with defined success criteria for transitioning to a fully funded implementation effort. Primary deliverable include:
Initiative Discovery Summary| overall scope, stakeholder matrix, hi-level cost estimates
Trial/POC Plan: Tasks, Deliverables, Timeline and Success Criteria
Stakeholder interviews & engagement, to define and manage the work
Ongoing Status Reporting, including Milestone, Issues, Risks and Financial Tracking
Drive the definition of the business unit project plan, facilitating across the various streams of work
Execute the plan, employing standard professional practices such as;
Work plan management
Status Reporting, Issue and Risk Management
Establish Configuration Management processes
Identify key impacted workgroups, facilitate Training & User Engagement activities, while producing and delivering the necessary end-user communications.
Help coordinate and run key internal and external facing meetings as required.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation associated with projects and processes identified.
Prepare Senior Executive status and provide readouts
Report to the Senior Director, Business Process/Tools Management
- 7-10 years of experience in related role managing projects/multiple concurrent projects across multiple teams and under tight timelines in a matrixed environment
What I Look For:
Must have strong attention to detail, and be detailed oriented.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience
Must have a proven track record of active Project Management in both small and large teams that are geographically dispersed.
Must be capable of communicating complex concepts to various audiences
Must be adept at managing work efforts across multiple technical and business teams, ideally with a Sales/Sales Support organization.
Must be assertive, results driven and naturally possess a high sense of urgency at all times.
Must be as focused on the content domain being managed, as well as the core PM activities.
Must be analytical with problem solving skills.
