A Fortune 100 company has an immediate need for an Human Resources Compensation Consultant for a 6 month assignment.
Coordinate with and obtain approvals from managers and HR partners to ensure timelines are met for time sensitive compensation components (merits, stock options, incentives, TDOCs, new hire documents, etc.)
Respond to questions pertaining to benefit plans, compensation program, and stock option policies and procedures (e.g., taxation of options) for global HR partners, vendors, and associates.
Ensure priorities are handled effectively by modifying plans and actions in your own area of accountability.
Prepare and review compensation recommendations with business unit leaders (e.g., merit, incentive, LTI, stock option, promotions).
Identify system requirements and/or enhancements needed to support the successful design, development and implementation of HR plans, programs, processes, and tools in collaboration with Information Systems and HR partners.
Education High school diploma; GED equivalent
At least 4 years compensation experience
Knowledge of procedures and information required to evaluate and audit compensation programs.
HRIS System: Knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers (e.g., People Soft, BW, Stock, SAP).
