Randstad Compliance Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia
This position reports to the Manager of Contracts & Compliance and will interface with all levels of the field and corporate organization to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. Functions as point person for the monitoring of Third Party Vendor and Independent Consulting Processing and Onboarding.
Create documentation for TPV/IC, procedures, and respond to vendor set-up.
Audit daily compliance documentation and follow up with field personnel to address problem areas.
Communicate policy and compliance materials to higher level leadership.
Provide training to field personnel on TPV/IC compliance documentation. Periodically update training materials utilized by Randstad to train field personnel on such processes.
Compile results on a weekly basis on KPI (turn-around), non-compliance auditing and communicate same results to branch personnel and field management.
Function as principle liaison between Randstad and TPV/IC, including guidance on procedures as required.
Make recommendations to improve compliance effectiveness and efficiency.
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree required
3- 5 years experience in compliance, audit and/or other related experience
2+ years of contract drafting or equivalent experience
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
Familiar with Contract Lifecycle Management systems
Travel (potentially <30%)
Comfortable in self-directed, fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
