Randstad Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

The primary responsibility of the Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center / Customer Service position is to provide basic inbound telephone support to our external talent by answering their inquiries and questions regarding Randstad policies, procedures and system use. In this position the Call Center specialist is expected to handle general inquiries and address common concerns from external talent by using their listening skills and problem solving abilities. The specialist must be open to learning how to support our internal talent and customers as well. The specialist should be able to identify and escalate priority issues and follow up with our customers when necessary. The specialist are expected to document all calls in accordance to our standard operating procedures. Lastly, the specialist must render outstanding levels of service in a professional and thorough manner with an emphasis is on accuracy and consistency. It is required that the specialist for this position is fluent in Spanish .
