DescriptionRandstad in Midtown is currently recruiting for a motivated and energetic individual for an Admissions Clerk position.
Working hours: 8 A.M- 5:00 P.M Monday through Friday
Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Responding to daily inquiries received and preparing weekly inquiry reports
-Electronically manage file completion
-Assisting with duties for various events
-Additional administrative duties and responsibilities within the Admissions Office and HR department
Working hours: 8-5
Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum Associates degree (Bachelors preferred)
-Minimum 2 years in an office environment
-Required: Advanced proficiency with ACES and ACT database software
-Required: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (tests will be administered)
-Experience in an admissions office preferred, but not required
-Must have excellent organizational skills
-Effective written and oral communication skills
