The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Randstad General Staffing supplier invoices of 12,000 suppliers and the expense reimbursement of our 2,300 internal employees. The AP Specialist is expected to adhere to outlined policies and procedures.

Position Accountabilities - Review supplier invoices to ensure accurate and complete information in accordance with AP procedures and Company policies. - Route and gain approvals in accordance with the Signature of Authority. - Establish and maintain accounts payable records both in the JDEdwards system and on the document support drive. - Research and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner (within 2 business days). - Contribute to short-term projects and in support of annual KPI's to improve processes and gain efficiencies. - Develop and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers, field personnel and accounts payable to support vendor payment terms and disbursements. - Work directly with field to improve processes and enhance relationships. - Pulls and copies information requested by auditors. - Provide data-specific reports to internal customers. - Assists with month end close and general processing, as needed. - Assist with special projects as assigned. - Reports to Accounts Payable Supervisor, Finance and Administration.

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree required; accounting, finance or business preferred

Minimum Experience - 2+ years of Accounts Payable of Staff Accountant experience required
