The Sales Planner role is a supporting role for the New Business Sales Team USA and Canada. Due to the large amount of data points and business insights, we require help in organizing, analyzing and preparing large data sets for further use, e.g. drive future business decisions-, analyze trends and seasonal changes-.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Autonomously gather and develop data insights based on available business data points e.g. Salesforce raw data, sales numbers, seasonal insights etc.
Liaise with business partners across the org to understand requirements for data insights, uncover data sources and build on existing knowledge
Create dashboards, spread sheets and slide decks to visualize insights
Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm
BA/BS Degree, no specific field required
2-5 years experience in research, operations or statistics - strong data analytics background preferred
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets
Presentation software such as Google Slides, MS Powerpoint
-CRM software e.g. SFDC, MS CRM, ZOHO-
Good communication skills
Good visualization skills e.g. create slide decks
Good time management/ project management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Programming, database querying skills very helpful but not required
